The agreement that governs access to CLIQ Matrix services. Effective 2026-08-30.
By creating an account or using the services, you agree to these Terms. If you are an organisation, the person accepting must have authority to bind it.
CLIQ Matrix provides product intelligence, smart QR, analytics, resolver, and related developer tools. We may add, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and API keys. Keys and credentials may not be shared outside your organisation without consent.
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt the platform, or use it unlawfully — including for deceptive or infringing practices.
Plans are billed in advance on agreed intervals. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Where stated, usage above plan limits is billed separately.
You retain ownership of the content and product data you upload. You grant us the rights needed to host and serve it, and to aggregate anonymised analytics.
We aim for 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance is announced on the status page. Enterprise customers may have a separate negotiated SLA.
The platform, its documentation, and all underlying technology remain our property or that of our licensors.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Either party may terminate on notice. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period; usage then stops.
Material changes to these Terms will be announced and, where required, consent requested before they take effect.
